From the 6th of April a Private fee may be applied to Telehealth bookings with the practice at the Doctor's discretion.
Patients with a commonwealth concession card, children under 16 and patients vulnerable to Covid-19 will continue to be Bulk Billed for their Telehealth phone consultation.
Telehealth appointments can be booked via the Hot Doc appointment booking system within our website. Please note, not all health concerns can be addressed via a telephone consult and the GP may organise a followup consult at the Practice after initial screening.
This measure allows access to our GP's whilst the Covid-19 Pandemic poses a risk to our Patients, Doctors and Staff.
